Co Enzyme Q 10

Co-enzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is naturally produced by the human body. It is required for the basic cellular function. CoQ10 levels are said to decrease as ageing progresses. Levels are said to be low in people with some health conditions.These include heart conditions, muscular disorders, blood sugar fluctuations and a lowered immune system. Some prescription drugs may also lower CoQ10 levels.
